If you book online, you will receive an automated email response acknowledging your online booking request followed by a personal email from us confirming your reservation. If you prefer not to use PayPal to pay the deposit, please contact us by email or telephone as we do offer other methods of paying your deposit.
The online calendar is live with current availability and shows Guaranteed Best Price for all direct bookings.
Children old enough to sleep in a bed in their own room are welcome – full rates will apply.

Should you need to cancel your booking with us (for any reason, including ferry cancellations), please let us know as soon as you can in writing (email is fine); a charge for the full cost of your stay will be made but only if we are unable to re-let the room. All deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room less a 10% charge to cover our administration and banking costs. We do recommend you have appropriate and valid travel insurance to cover your accommodation costs in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.
All prices are in £ Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are based on 2 people sharing a double/twin room unless otherwise stated and includes a mouth watering selection for breakfast including our famous Fingal’s Breakfast. Dietary requirements are catered for but please let us know prior to arrival. Single occupancy of a double/twin room available by request.
All 1-2 night reservations require a deposit equivalent to the total cost of one night. Reservations of 3 nights or more require a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost and can be made online using the live availability calendar shown above with the deposit paid for securely via PayPal using credit cards (Visa & MasterCard only) and most debit cards.
Telephone bookings are also accepted and can be confirmed and secured with a valid credit/debit card ( after your phone call you will be sent a link by email to make your card payment securely), by UK cheque or by electronic banking. No charges for cards will be made.
